Enoch E. Hartman Jr., Pharmacist 

Enoch E. Hartman Jr. serves as the Director of NPS Pharmacy for the Mental Health Cooperative. 

Prior to establishing the NPS Pharmacy for MHC in 2003, Hartman owned and operated several local pharmacies over a 25-year period including a pharmacy that began specializing in dispensing prescriptions to inmates in correctional facilities.  While Hartman later chose to sell the local pharmacies to several national pharmacy organizations, he remained involved as the chief operations officer.  It was during this time that Hartman’s business focus expanded to providing prescriptions for consumers with mental illness.   

Hartman graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Pharmacy, Knoxville, TN.
