Julie W. Spears

Julie W. Spears serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Mental Health Cooperative. 

Spears holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College, Georgetown, KY with a major in Accounting and a minor in Organizational Communications.  Prior to joining Mental Health Cooperative, she held financial positions at Prison Health Services, Inc. in Tennessee and Commonwealth Health Corporation in Kentucky.
