Kimber Dills

Kimber Dills serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Mental Health Cooperative. 

Dills began her career with the Mental Health Cooperative as an executive assistant in 1993.  Dills became the agency's first Director of Personnel in 1995, and a year later established the Human Resource Department where she has continued as the Director overseeing personnel issues, job requirements, and employee benefits for over 300 employees.
