Peggy Hoffman, LCSW

Peggy Hoffman is Chief Operations Officer and Compliance Officer for the Mental Health Cooperative. She has worked for MHC since it’s beginning in 1993.

Hoffman has worked with persons with serious and persistent mental illness working at the community, hospital and state level.  In 1992, she was awarded the Professional Award from the Tennessee Alliance for the Mentally Ill, and was awarded the Advocate of the Year Award from the Middle Tennessee chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill in 2005.

Hoffman received her undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and her graduate degree from the University of Tennessee, School of Social Work.
