Caring Professionals
Through an integrated system of care including case management, therapy, medication, and support services – as well as an array of crisis services – MHC is building lasting relationships with the people we serve.
We employ a variety of caring professionals that work together to provide a wide network of support. Each of these 5 specific roles works closely with clients to remove barriers and do whatever it takes to help people along the path to recovery.
Case Managers
The Case Managers at MHC partner with our clients to guide them through the confusion of "the system” and help them access the services they need to maintain a balanced life.
Team Supervisors
The Team Supervisor assures that the right specialists are assigned to each MHC patient. They support and advise our specialists and oversee recovery progress.
Psychiatrists and Advanced Practice Nurses
These specialists play an integral role in helping our clients understand their illness or their child’s illness. They provide treatment with the right medications, if indicated, and help MHC clients manage their healing process.
Nurses
The Nurses on staff at MHC complete a full nursing assessment every time the consumer comes in for an appointment, facilitate open communication with medical doctors, and administer home care to the patient if needed.
Support Staff
Our support staff ensures a smooth process for our clients and their families, assuring they get the help they need, when they need it.
