Crisis Stabilization Unit & Intensive Intervention Center Open House was a huge success!  Nearly 200 people attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony with Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Commissioner Doug Varney, and Councilman Frank Harrison in attendance.

MHC CRISIS SERVICES AT A GLANCE

· Help nearly 8,000 Middle Tennesseans annually throughout a 24-county area.

· Of that 8,000, the Crisis Stabilization Unit serves nearly 2,000 and the Intensive Intervention Center serves approximately 1,000.

· MHC partners with local community and government organizations to reach people who do not readily seek treatment.   MHC partners include Metropolitan Development and Housing Authority, Metro Police (and other local jail systems), local hospitals and medical offices.
