A Child and Family Case Manager helps your family in a number of ways:
• School consultation/school-based case management
• Transportation assistance
• Juvenile court assistance
• Eligibility benefits and financial supports
• Behavior management assistance
• Alcohol and drug treatment as needed

Child and Youth Continuous Treatment Team
Intensive Case Management, which offers more face-to-face visits/month, can be necessary when these factors are present:
• Sudden increase of symptoms
• Multiple incidents of physical aggression
• Child has had psychiatric admissions or multiple crises
• Child is at risk for out-of-home-placement

A Child & Family Therapist provides individual and family counseling.

A Child Psychiatrist or Family Advanced Practice Nurse helps to determine the cause of the behaviors and will make recommendations for treatment including medication if needed.
