Our doors are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Simply walk in to any of our locations without an appointment or call our Intake line at 615-743-1555 or 866-816-0433 toll free for help today. We look forward to answering your questions and scheduling an appointment.

When you call, a triage counselor will ask a few basic questions like your name, date of birth and type of insurance. We welcome all TennCare plans.

We do not take private insurance, so if you have this type of coverage, our team of counselors will help you find resources that will accept this payment method.

If you do not have insurance, the triage counselor will ask you to describe your concerns. He/she will assess what types of resources we have available that will meet your needs.
