Sullivan Joins MHC as Senior VP of Human Resources
With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across industries, Sullivan brings a unique perspective on human resources having held leadership positions with organizations including Walmart, Bogus Basin Ski Resort, TransCor and CoreCivic.
Most recently, Sullivan was the Vice President of Human Resources at Orianna Health Services, encompassing 42 locations across the United States. In this role, she transformed the Human Resource Department by leveraging human capital systems and streamlining processes that support the achievement of business goals and objectives. Additionally, Sullivan was responsible for creating and leading large-scale employee engagement and developmental programs.
She holds a Bachelors in Sociology from North Dakota State University and a Master in Conflict Management from Lipscomb University. She earned the SPHR with HRCI and the SHRM-SCP with the Society of Human Resources Management, the world’s largest HR professional society.
